THE RULES AND REGULATIONS (OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS) FOR EACH SUPPLIER ARE MADE AVAILABLE DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS VIA A FEATURED LINK OR INLINE TEXTS, AND YOUR COMPLETION OF A PURCHASE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ALL TERMS.

Sunbook.ca does not assume any liability whatsoever for cancelled, missed, or misconnected flights, cruises, or other services resulting from schedule changes made by airlines.

By submitting your transaction online, you authorize Sunbook.ca to process the reservation with the Supplier on your behalf. The cost of your reservation will be charged to your payment method by the Supplier and/or Sunbook.ca, and additional fees (such as baggage, pets, seat selection, or service fees) may be charged separately by the Supplier.

Correct Information and Responsibilities

When making a vacation booking through our online platform, all provided information will be shared with trusted third-party vendors to complete the reservation. It is the user's sole responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date details during the booking process.

Inaccurate or incomplete information could result in additional charges, including but not limited to name change fees, service fees, and cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers. Double-check all information before confirming your booking, as the platform is not liable for repercussions arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively added to previous orders. We cannot adjust or refund an order for discounts that were not applied during checkout, so please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Change and/or Correction Fees

Any change, correction, or cancellation is subject to the Supplier's Terms and Conditions, which are accessible via the link or inline texts provided during the booking process.

Price Fluctuations

There may be times when an advertised price on the Website differs from the final confirmed price due to delays between third-party service providers and the most current selling price. In the event of a discrepancy between the advertised price and the payment page, the confirmed final price will prevail.

If prices drop after your confirmation but before departure, the prices cannot be changed per the travel supplier's terms and conditions.

All prices on this Website are subject to change without prior notice, and any supplier-driven changes before, during, or after a purchase are not the responsibility of Sunbook.ca.

Advertised prices may differ from the final confirmed prices if the system disconnects or a session expires. Sunbook.ca is not responsible for failures caused by server errors, failed internet connections, interruptions in service, or other technical or human defects.

All reservations and prices listed on Sunbook.ca are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, which will not occur until the online booking is completed or a Sunbook.ca travel agent provides a confirmation number.

Should the actual price differ from the price listed on the Website before payment is made to the supplier, Sunbook.ca will notify you of the discrepancy by email or phone and reserves the right to cancel the reservation within a short delay if the new price is not accepted.

Flight Change and Cancellations

Sunbook.ca serves as a booking platform facilitating travel arrangements between travelers and various vendors. Sunbook.ca does not control flight operations, including delays and cancellations, which remain within the sole authority of the vendors.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, any flight delays, cancellations, and compensatory measures are determined by the vendors themselves. Sunbook.ca holds no responsibility for disruptions caused by vendor-related operational issues.

Currency and Exchange Rates

Prices displayed on Sunbook.ca are shown in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars based on the user's selection. Supplier rates are quoted to Sunbook.ca in Canadian dollars, and if you select another currency we will apply the exchange rate available at the time of quoting.

Payments processed later on your credit card may use a different exchange rate than the one calculated during booking, applied by either the supplier or your credit card company. Sunbook.ca is not responsible for currency fluctuations and does not guarantee that the Canadian equivalent of the purchase will remain unchanged.

Using the Website

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only, except where expressly allowed for registered outside agents or dealers.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Website except for limited personal uses such as temporary caching, browser caching, or printing a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use.

If you register as an outside agent or dealer with 1750053 ONTARIO LTD., you may use the Website for limited commercial use in connection with the Company's related commercial activity.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of materials you have made.

Responsibility of this Website

Customers purchasing travel products on Sunbook.ca certify that they have reached the age of majority in Ontario (18 years of age) as well as the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Customers under the age of majority must book travel services over the phone with verbal guardian consent and a parental consent letter.

Sunbook.ca, a division of 1750053 ONTARIO LTD., is a licensed travel agency in Ontario. It provides reservations and travel information as supplied by third-party providers, works solely as an agent, and cannot change or influence supplier policies, terms, or penalties.

User Information

By completing travel purchases or reservations, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails, including destination offers and guest review requests.

To complete and secure purchases or reservations, you must provide a correct email address and accurate contact information. We are not responsible for wrong or misspelled emails, names, phone numbers, or payment details.

Conditions of Sale

Prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Some supplier rates are quoted in U.S. dollars or other currencies; Sunbook.ca uses the exchange rate available at the time of quoting.

Some suppliers may require a cash deposit or valid credit card at check-in to cover additional expenses. Any local charges or deposits are unrelated to the payment received at booking and are the traveler’s responsibility.

Prices may vary based on occupancy (single, triple, quadruple). When a vacation package, hotel-only booking, or cruise price is confirmed on the payment page, the actual price reflecting occupancy changes will appear.

All provided ratings on the Website are not necessarily the opinion of Sunbook.ca and may differ from ratings supplied by tour operators. Reviews and messages posted on the site are the sole views of their authors.

It is your responsibility to review your invoice or itinerary and ensure it reflects the requested travel arrangements. Payment signifies you have reviewed and accepted all terms and conditions without modification.

You/Passenger have been advised:

• a) While we endeavor to advise you of relevant local laws, customs, and travel documentation requirements, we cannot warrant completeness or accuracy. You are responsible for all legal, documentary, health, and other requirements for your travel.
• b) Sunbook.ca selects reputable Tour Operators and Airlines, but does not accept legal responsibility for their products or services. Refer to each supplier's brochures or websites for governing terms.
• c) Sunbook.ca is not liable for damages due to illness, theft, labour dispute, acts of God, mechanical breakdown, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency, terrorism, or other events beyond our control.
• d) Named Tour Operators/Airlines are independent parties over which we have no control. We assume no responsibility for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from personal injury, accident, death, loss, damage, delay, or loss of enjoyment.
• e) Some hotels charge an extra fee per night per room plus applicable taxes, payable locally at check-in or check-out.
• n) No employee, travel consultant, or representative of the Website has authority to modify, waive, or alter these Conditions of Sale.

Tickets and Invoices

Electronic tickets and supporting information are sent to the email address provided at booking approximately 14 days before departure (or within 72 hours for bookings made within 14 days). If not received, check your junk/spam folder or email info@sunbook.ca.

Review all invoices, tickets, and itineraries to ensure dates, times, products, and traveler names match the valid passport information. Invoices show the original quoted currency from the suppliers—Canadian Dollars.

Documentation Information

All Canadian citizens, including infants and children, must carry a valid Canadian passport when traveling abroad. Passports should be valid for at least six months after the scheduled departure from the last country visited.

It is your responsibility to be aware of, obtain, and ensure the validity of all documentation required for travel (passports, visas, tourist cards, affidavits, vaccinations, and more).

Fraudulent Activity

Customers agree not to make speculative or fraudulent reservations. If Sunbook.ca detects signs of fraud or suspicious activity, we may contact you for validation or cancel bookings associated with your name, email, or credit card. Fraud may lead to legal action and liability for losses, including legal costs and damages.

COVID-19

Some countries require health checks or proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to boarding or entry. Operators may refuse boarding or entry if symptoms are observed, and travelers may need to self-isolate at their own expense if required to stay beyond the original departure date.

Price Discrepancies

Advertised prices on the Website, official social media, or marketing materials may differ from final confirmed prices due to delays between suppliers and current selling prices. The confirmed final price displayed on the payment page prevails.

If prices drop after confirmation but before departure, they cannot be changed. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, and Sunbook.ca is not responsible for supplier-driven pricing changes.

If the system disconnects or a session expires, prices may change. Sunbook.ca is not responsible for failures caused by server errors, internet issues, or other defects, and all reservations and prices are subject to availability at confirmation.

Should the actual price differ before payment is made to the supplier, Sunbook.ca will notify you by email or phone and reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the new price is not accepted to avoid fees.

For Ontario and Quebec residents, if there is a price increase of more than 7 percent after a deposit has been paid (and the increase is not due to government taxes or an allowed fuel surcharge), you may cancel the booking by contacting Sunbook.ca within 7 days of receiving notice of the increase.

Price Drop (or Price Match)

If you did not purchase a travel protection plan at the time of booking, Sunbook.ca cannot provide reimbursement or compensation for subsequent price reductions. Contact a travel agent to explore price-drop protection options.

Product Information

All informational content on the Website—hotel descriptions, images, maps, and destination information—is provided by third parties and should be used as a guideline only.

Sunbook.ca strives to keep content up to date, but changes beyond our control may render some information inaccurate. Star ratings reflect averages from tour operators, each of which may use different rating systems.

Travel Insurance

Sunbook.ca strongly recommends travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances or medical bills before, during, or after your trip. Government health insurance plans may not cover out-of-province emergency services.

Insurance claims are the insured's responsibility, and you must contact the insurance company directly. Some countries require proof of medical insurance upon arrival.

By purchasing through Sunbook.ca or with an agent, you acknowledge that insurance was offered and accept responsibility for any loss, lack of refund, or expenses incurred if insurance is not purchased. All claim amounts are limited to the policy terms, and you are responsible for understanding exclusions or limitations.

Passport and Visa

Consult relevant embassies or consulates for passport and visa information. Requirements may change, so check for up-to-date information before booking and departure and allow sufficient time for applications.

Sunbook.ca is not liable if you are refused entry onto a flight, cruise, or into any country due to your conduct or failure to carry proper documentation. Some governments require airlines to collect personal information about travelers, and it is your responsibility to comply.

Sunbook.ca does not represent or warrant that travel to international destinations is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

Flights

If you pay our group of companies for a standalone flight booking, we act as the agent of the travel provider, and your contract is with that provider. Price and availability are only guaranteed once you complete the purchase and tickets are issued.

Low-cost Flights

For certain flights, the price displayed may have been converted from another currency for convenience. The actual amount charged by the airline may differ due to exchange rates applied by banks and card issuers.

Some low-cost airline flights can only be changed or cancelled by contacting the airline directly, and such changes may not be reflected in itineraries provided through our Service.

Flight Terms and Conditions

You understand and agree that the following conditions apply to airline bookings:

• Airlines control schedules and may change or cancel flights for reasons such as mechanical problems or weather. Always check the scheduled departure time before travel.
• Airlines control seating and we do not guarantee the availability of specific seats, even when pre-booked.
• If you book a roundtrip flight and do not use the outbound flight, the airline may cancel the return flight without refund.
• For special or charter flights, the airline, flight schedule, aircraft type, itinerary, and possible stops are provided as indications only and may change even after confirmation.
• Some airlines impose extra charges for meals, luggage, preferred seat selection, and other services. References to such services are informational only unless booked through our Service.
• Unaccompanied children under 14 are only allowed to fly in accordance with the relevant Rules and Restrictions.
• The carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft is generally forbidden.

Combined One-way Tickets

We may offer you the opportunity to book two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket for greater choice or value. Each one-way ticket is subject to its own Rules and Restrictions, and if one flight changes, you are responsible for any charges required to adjust the other flight.

Air Miles and Vouchers

Air miles and vouchers from loyalty programs may not be used when booking flights through our Service.

Operating Airlines

Flights booked with one airline are sometimes operated by another carrier. The ticketing airline charges you for the flight and appears on your payment statement.

No-show or Cancellation

In the event of a no-show or cancellation, refund policies vary by airline and you might not be eligible for a refund. Airlines control the refund process and outcomes.

Airline Liability

Applicable law, treaties, and airline Rules and Restrictions typically limit an airline's liability for death, personal injury, and other damages.

Third Party Suppliers

As an online travel agency, Sunbook.ca has no liability and will make no refund in the event of delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, travel advisories, or other causes beyond its control. We are not responsible for additional expenses, theft, labour action, mechanical failure, quarantine, omissions, delays, re-routing, or government actions.

Sunbook.ca sources travel content from several systems not controlled by us. Suppliers may occasionally provide incorrect prices, and the supplier has the right to cancel such bookings. Services arranged by Sunbook.ca are subject to each supplier's conditions, and their liability may be limited by tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.

When you purchase travel services through Sunbook.ca you agree to have read and accepted the appropriate third-party supplier's Terms and Conditions. Sunbook.ca does not own, manage, operate, or control any vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, or other supplier services and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Links to other internet websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Such sites are independent from Sunbook.ca, and we have no control over their content.

User Generated Content

The Website may offer interactive services that allow users to post content or materials ("User Content"). All User Content must comply with the Content Standards.

Anything you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by providing User Content you grant Sunbook.ca and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and disclose such content.
