Sunbook Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Sunbook.ca currently offers one membership tier—Sunbook Membership—priced at CA$60 per year (regularly CA$120). Benefits and pricing may change without notice.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Every member must maintain an accurate, unique profile so we can auto-fill traveller information without errors.

• Only one membership account is permitted per mobile number and per email address.
• Registration details must match the traveller's passport to ensure accurate ticketing.
• Member information cannot be edited after submission; email info@sunbook.ca for assistance with any required updates.

3. Membership Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• You may cancel at any time, but access to benefits continues until the end of the paid term.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
• After expiry, the account reverts to Basic (Free) status and unused SunCoins are frozen until you renew.

4. Membership Benefits and Discounts

Membership unlocks exclusive savings on vacation packages. Actual discount levels vary by destination, travel season, and inventory.

• Each member may share the same discount with up to four (4) adult companions aged 18 or above.
• Infants and children automatically receive the highest member discount and do not count toward the companion limit.
• Discounts apply to the base package price only; taxes, fees, and add-ons are excluded.

5. SunCoins (Membership Points)

SunCoins reward you for every eligible booking.

• Earn 1 SunCoin per CA$1 spent on qualifying packages (example: CA$4,000 trip = 4,000 SunCoins after completion).
• SunCoins are credited once the trip is completed and remain valid while membership is active.
• SunCoins expire 90 days after membership ends but can be reactivated by renewing. Points are non-transferable.

6. Redeeming SunCoins

Members can redeem SunCoins toward future trips and even combine them with the membership discount. There is no cap on how many SunCoins you can apply to a single reservation.

7. Discount Usage Rules

Only one discount type applies per reservation unless otherwise stated. Discounts depend on availability and may not be offered on every package.

8. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for keeping their account secure and information accurate. Any misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination, including forfeiture of SunCoins and benefits.

9. Program Modifications

Sunbook.ca may update membership pricing, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
