You can book online at Sunbook.ca, simply choose your preferred package and follow the check-out procedure. You are also welcome to contact our online customer support to book your preferredpackage. Our multilingual customer service (English, Chinese) will be happy to assist you with your booking.
2. Can I book the package for friends or family?
Yes, you can book for you friends and family. You can enter the detailed informationof the individuals going on the trip and use either your own credit card or their credit card to proceed the payment.
3. How long will the Sunbook E-document be retrieved after I made a booking?

Online Payment & Security
1. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, we ensure the security of your credit card transaction. All of your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the internet and to our booking system. We use secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL), which allows us to create a secure linked between our servers and your browser. This ensures that your data is transmitted securely and accurately.
2. Can I pay for my vacation using more than one credit card?
Depending on your destination and chosen package, you might be able to check outwith separate credit cards at the final step. By simply checking the checkbox 'separate cards', you can input multiple credit cards for your payment (Max. 2). If you have more issues, please contact our customer support.
3. Is my personal information kept confidential?

Order Modification & Cancellation
1. How can I modify or cancel my booking? Will I receive a new order confirmation?
Please note that modifying or cancelling your booking may cause cancellation or modification fees, depending on your chosen package and vendors/suppliers policies. You can modify or cancel your booking by logging in your account and associating the booking to your account. You will be able to access to Tripbook and make the change on your booking. If your order confirmation is modified or cancelled successfully, an updated electronic document will be sent to your email. If you have more issues, please contact our online customer service.
2. Can I add passengers to my booking after it’s confirmed?

Group Travel
1.What is the minimum number of people to qualify as a group? Is there a maximum?
To take advantage of all the benefits of group travel, you need to have at least 10 adults in your trip and book a minimum of 3 hotel rooms. There is no maximum amount for a group size. If your group size is between 6 and 10 adults, you can either separate in 2 bookings,or ask our online agents for assistance.
2. How to book my group vacation?
If you have more than 10 people in your group, please contact our group travel specialist through online customer service. Our specialist will send you a quote by email.
Travel Insurance
1. Do I need to purchase travel insurance? How and when can I purchase the travel insurance?
Sunbook.ca strongly recommends you to have sufficient travel insurance, including COVID-19 benefits, for all your coverage needs. Travel insurance can only be purchased at the time of booking and prior to your departure. For more information, you can consult the manulife policy here.

Generally, you need to bring your valid ID, passport, required visa, COVID-19 vaccination proof, and your Sunbook e-documents. For more information, please contact Sunbook online customer service.

You can find details on your booking document. If you still can’t find it, please contact the activity/package suppliers directly for more details.
3. Do I need to bring my passport during the travel?
Yes. Some suppliers may require you to show your passport so that they can confirm your identity upon arrival or pickup. Please check your booking page carefully to see if the passport is required.
